When your boss asks too much of you, do you feel obligated to say yes, sacrificing your evening or weekend?

When your teenager refuses to put down their phone, do you “give up” to avoid conflict, only to feel frustrated?

Society’s expectations make it challenging for many women to establish healthy boundaries.

We often exhaust ourselves trying to help everyone around us, reinforcing a deeply ingrained pattern of people-pleasing.

Over time, this leads to resentment and a sense that our boundaries, and even our voices, are ignored.

Whether it’s with your partner, children, boss, or anyone else, how do you balance your desire to nurture and help without compromising your own needs?

How can you replace your people-pleasing habits with healthier behaviors? Is that even possible?

I’m here to suggest that it is possible!

You don’t have to uphold unspoken agreements you never truly consented to.

While you can’t change others, you change how you respond—and as you shift your reactions, the dynamics around you will also begin to change.

In this workshop,
you will:

Identify key scenes from your life where you felt your boundaries were crossed.

Use movement and breath to change your perspective on the event.

Re-program your brain for new behaviors going forward.

You'll leave with tools to handle boundary-breaching situations differently and open up new possibilities for your relationships.
